Kim has been part of the adviser journey since before The Right Mortgage was founded. Known for her approachable style and unwavering support, she helps advisers across the South and South East make confident decisions, develop their businesses and get the most from network membership.
Having been with The Right Mortgage since the very beginning, Chelsea brings a wealth of experience and insight to advisers looking to join or grow within the network. Her commitment to adviser success has earned her a reputation as one of the most trusted and respected members of the team.
Jaydn joined The Right Mortgage four years ago as part of our support team and quickly established herself as a valued member of the business. She progressed into recruitment and development, where she now supports advisers across the North, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Known for her positive approach and passion for helping advisers thrive, Jaydn has become a trusted and respected member of the team.
Elle joined The Right Mortgage over a year ago supporting our member firms and quickly developed a passion for helping new advisers start their careers. Through her professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm, she has become the first point of contact for those entering the profession and joining our Academy. She is known for her supportive approach and commitment to helping others succeed.
